Which cookies you will find
- access_token — keeps your session open. Lasts fifteen minutes and renews while you use the panel.
- refresh_token — saves you from signing in on every visit. Lasts thirty days.
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers whether you prefer Italian or English. Lasts one year.
- A temporary cookie during sign-in with Google, used to verify that the returning request is really yours. Lasts ten minutes.
- imp_actor — appears only when our support accesses an organisation on request, and records who is doing so.
- _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics, and only after your yes. They count how many people read which pages, without knowing who you are. They last two years and you can delete them whenever you like.
Analytics, and how to say no
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent: without them the service would not work, and the law exempts them for that reason. Analytics do require it, so until you choose, nothing starts — no script, no request to Google, no IP address leaving this site. The bar at the bottom of the page has two equal buttons: declining costs one click just like accepting, and declining takes nothing away from the service.
What we measure, and what we do not
On the public pages — the home page, pricing, the comparison, the guide, these pages here — we count visits page by page. Inside the panel we count only the purchase steps: when you start a payment, how you come back from Stripe (completed or cancelled) and when you change plan, with the name and price of the plan or pack. When Stripe confirms the payment — the first one and every renewal — our server tells Google: invoice number, amount before VAT, VAT and what you bought, tied to the same anonymous identifier as the cookies above, which is why we keep it with your subscription on Stripe. Never your name, your email or your organization, and none of this if you said no to analytics. Google receives neither the addresses nor the titles of the panel pages, which contain identifiers and names of your sites: it only sees “/app”. And for no page does it receive the part of the address after the “?”, where the codes of sign-in and verification links live.
How to change your mind
Your choice is stored in this browser. To change it, clear the site data from your browser settings: on your next visit the bar reappears and you can answer differently. Clearing everything also means signing in again and picking your language again. For everything else, how we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
