How does the 14-day trial work?
Pro and Agency come with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you start, but the first charge only arrives when the trial ends, and we remind you three days before: cancel before then and you pay nothing. There is one trial per organisation, for those who have never had a subscription.
Do prices include VAT?
No, they exclude VAT. VAT is added on the invoice based on your country and VAT number: 22% in Italy, reverse charge for EU businesses with a VAT number, your country’s rate if you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, and out of scope outside the EU. You enter your VAT number at checkout.
Can I change plan?
Yes, whenever you like. During the trial the change is immediate and free. Moving to a more expensive plan is immediate and you pay the difference for the remaining days straight away, shown before you confirm. Moving to a cheaper plan, or only switching between monthly and yearly, takes effect at renewal.
How do I cancel?
From the panel, in Plan & credits → Manage subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then you move to Free: your sites stay connected and the paid features switch off.
What happens when I reach the site limit?
You can’t connect more until you move to a bigger plan. Sites already connected stay where they are, even if you move down to a plan with a lower limit.
Where do I find my invoices?
In the panel, under Settings → Billing: every invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.
Do you give refunds?
Periods already started are not refunded, except for billing errors. If you are a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days, paying only for the part already used.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe: payment happens on Stripe’s secure page and your card details never pass through our servers.
